Bon Appétit has a write up of some of the swankier vegetarian restaurants nationwide at Modern Vegetarian Restaurants. Of course, a nice mention of Green Zebra, Ubuntu in Napa sounds interesting and I’ve wanted to try Carmelita in Seattle the last few times I’ve been out there. Someday.
Also in the someday category would be the few vegetarian restaurants, or at least restaurants with vegetarian courses, that have popped up in Paris. I researched a few places before I left and I decided I had to try the Menu ‘Au Vert’ at Macéo which just happened to be closed for a private party the one day I made it there. Grrh.
